After the ever increasing success of the previous auctions, Hjalmar and the Auctioneers Jean-Marc Bremens & Christophe Belleville have been entrusted with several collections which will be presented in a superb catalogue (on request : 15-€). This year this Auction sell will take place on Sunday, October 10^th 2004, during the 38^th French Magic Convention in Saint-Etienne, in October 7-8-9-10^th 2004.

In the morning, a magnificent collection of books dating from the XVIII^th, XIX^th and XX^th century, mainly in French and English, will be on sale.

· A rare collection of prints, dating from the XIX^th century. They depict magicians doing tricks in drawing rooms and gardens.

· A beautiful painting, from Maurice Blum (1832-1909) « Un Escamoteur sous Louis XV ».

· A Table Clock with automaton “Magician” from Jean-Eugène Robert-Houdin (1805-1871) “The Chiness Magician”

· The auction will conclude with an impressive collection of antique conjuring equipment. Some in varnished tin (varnish Martin), others in brass and nickeled and chromed metal Another auction, rich of varied and quality items.
